Scope of WorkExpert Electrical Services NSW Pty Ltd (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) agrees to provide electrical and security services as detailed in our provided quotes. All work is performed by trade-qualified, licensed electricians (Licence numbers 292905C and 386059C) and adheres to the latest AS/NZS3000:2018 standards and local OHS requirements.
Pricing and Payment
Transparent Pricing: We operate on a transparent pricing system with no hidden costs or unwanted surprises.
No Call-Out Fee: We do not charge a call-out fee for our services.
Quotes: All fees and project costs are provided upfront from quote to completion.
Payment Terms: Payment is required upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing during the proposal stage.
Customer Responsibilities The customer must ensure safe and clear access to the site during our operating hours (Monday–Saturday, 7 am–5 pm) or at the time agreed for urgent fault finding.
Guarantees and Liability
Quality Guarantee: All electrical work comes with a complete guarantee of a safe and legally sound process.
Insurance: We maintain $20 million in Public Liability insurance and hold all required security master licences (000110573) and industry licences (000219728).
Equipment: We utilise only the finest quality gear and cutting-edge techniques in adherence with industry regulations.
